Paul joined the Trust in January 2018. His background is in finance having previously worked at director level in international mass manufacturing; engineering and construction and as finance director in SME companies in the UK.

Chloe is our Executive Assistant, supporting the central team and schools to ensure consistency and a strong connection throughout the Trust.

Head of Governance

Carole Kirby

Carole was previously a local authority governor support advisor supporting local schools on all issues of governance, including: planning and facilitating workshops for governors; creating a Head teacher recruitment pack for governors; organising an annual governance conference, writing a governors’ newsletter and strengthening good governance principles across the county.

Management Accountant

Nattria Dhana

Nattria is the Trust's management accountant, responsible for monitoring budgets across the Trust and its schools.

PR and Communications Manager

Joni Ager

As an experienced journalist and award-winning PR professional, Joni brings a wealth of experience in media relations, stakeholder management, social media and crisis communications.

Finance Apprentice

Simran Briah

Simran is the Trust's finance apprentice, working alongside the finance team while studying at college.

IT and Infrastructure Manager

Nigel Starkey

Nigel is responsible for the Trust’s IT and buildings, making sure the IT works effectively and the academies are safe places for pupils and staff.

Serena Henriques

Serena is a qualified HR Advisor with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has experience of working within several industries mainly within the private sector.

Giles Osborne

Giles Osborne is one of the Lead Academy Improvement Partners. A specialist in all areas of school data/performance from primary to secondary including special and all types of alternative provisions.

As well as being headteacher at the Trust's Castle Academy, Lorna is one of the two Lead Academy Improvement Partners for the Trust central team.
