Salary: £19,446 - £21,074 depending on experience

Reporting to the School Business Manager/Assistant Headteacher/ Headteacher

We are looking for a Site Manager primarily based at our Hardingstone Academy to ensure that the management and maintenance of the school buildings and environment are effectively undertaken. 

The successful candidate will also be required to travel to other local Schools/Academies as required.

To be responsible for all aspects of site management including a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the school.  This includes security, cleanliness, porterage, monitoring contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs, advising the School Business Manager / Principal on suggested improvements to the general school environment, to improve the productivity of site management and to carry out pre-planned maintenance programmes.

Hours of work will be 37 hours a week (full time) times to be negotiated.
