Administrator (central team)

Scale/Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

Department: Central team

Hours and holiday: 37 hours a week, term time plus one week 

Start date: As soon as possible

Contract: 6 month fixed term contract (potential to be long term)

Responsible to: Executive Assistant

We are looking to recruit an Administrator to be part of the central team. You will support the Executive Assistant and the central team with managing day to day tasks, from answering telephone queries to event organisation. Your main challenge will be to provide a customer focussed support service to the central team and the schools within the trust. With your efficient, professional approach, you'll be responsible for proofreading official documents, managing meetings, assisting with administration for events and greeting visitors to schools.

You will be required to travel to our schools to provide administration support.

You will need to bring office experience and proven administration skills to the role, have good IT skills, and have a keen eye for detail. 

The role requires the candidate to be able to build strong relationships with staff across the trust.
